General acquisition Premier Tech Specialties Robert Legault

Premier Teach makes its 10th acquisition with retail sales division of Specialties Robert Legault.

Premier Tech has acquired the retail sales division of Specialties Robert Legault, a Canadian company whose corporate office is located in Sainte-Thérèse, Qué.

Specialties Robert Legault, in operation since 1980, is known for both its excellent customer service and its distribution network. The transaction will enable Premier Tech Home and Garden (PTHG), a business unit of Premier Tech’s Horticulture and Agriculture Group, to add another distribution channel to its current network broadening its line of horticultural products aimed at the Canadian retail market while increasing its flexibility and distribution capacity.

This is Premier Tech’s tenth acquisition in the past 24 months, all of which have been to improve the company’s commercial offerings and strategic positioning through alliances and business integrations.
