Tapp Label Technologies, Inc. has acquired the assets of Ben Franklin Press & Label (BFP&L), hired the employees, and rebranded it all as Tapp Label.
Tapp Label, headquartered in Napa, California, and a Canadian office in Vancouver, BC, has since 1992 primarily services customers within the wine industry, helping launch and promote wine brands with its label expertise.
BFP&L, also of Napa Valley, is a label manufacturer specializing in waterless pressure-sensitive and glue-applied labels, with commercial printing and in-house specialty finishing, including foiling, embossing and diecutting.
Tapp Label chief executive officer John Attayek says: “We are very pleased to announce the expansion of our business, the result of Ben Franklin Press & Label’s joining Tapp Label Technologies. This event brings over 30 years of experience and customer oriented label printing excellence into the Tapp Label organization.
