Products suitable for specific customer needs and in-depth knowledge of the reference market: these are the reasons that led SEA Vision to be selected by Skyepharma, the CDMO specialized in the development, manufacturing and packaging of classic and complex solid orals for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The French company has in fact decided to establish a solid partnership with SEA Vision by entrusting it with the implementation of complete serialization and aggregation systems on its packaging lines, as part of the strategy aimed at making Skyepharma recognized as a fully integrated CDMO.
Thanks to a robust and configurable structure, the SEA Vision solution is able to safely meet the needs related to changing regulations on traceability. The complete Solution, consisting of Site Server, HMI Supervisor and Vision systems for serialization and aggregation, is in fact able to cover from level 1 to level 3.

The collaboration with Skyepharma, Business unit of the global giant Vectura Group of Companies, represents for SEA Vision an opportunity to affirm their technological leadership and show the range of solutions suitable to meet production and legislative needs from different markets. The constant updating of the production processes also from the regulatory point of view, is an issue already faced by Skyepharma which has decided, starting from 2017, to equip their lines with serialization and aggregation systems, anticipating future dates for implementation anti-counterfeiting regulations.
