Pro Mach’s ID Technology Div. acquires Logmatix

Cincinnati—Pro Mach, Inc. has announced that its ID Technology division, a leader in labeling, coding and marking system, has acquired Logmatix Labels & Tags, Inc., a leading provider of identification products, services, and support.
With the acquisition of the Marietta, Georgia-based Logmatix, ID Technology expands its capabilities for serving customers throughout the southeastern U.S.
Founded in 1983, Logmatix has earned its reputation by manufacturing high-quality short run digital labels, warehouse barcode labels, and custom labels and tags, as well as by providing knowledgeable, responsive customer service. Logmatix’s strength in the southeast complements ID Technology’s existing operations in other regions of the U.S.
ID Technology, based in Fort Worth, TX, operates 16 regional offices across the U.S. and is one of North America’s largest single-source providers of labeling, coding, and marking equipment, services and supplies. Logmatix, which will become part of ID Technology, will expand its capabilities and continue to provide the high standard of service its customers expect.
ID Technology is powered by Pro Mach, a Cincinnati, OH-based provider of integrated packaging products and solutions for food, beverage, household goods, pharmaceutical, and other diverse consumer and industrial companies. Through three business units and related divisions, Pro Mach provides equipment, training, installation, and parts in primary packaging, end-of-line packaging, and identification and tracking.
