Pro Mach Acquires IPak Machinery

Pro Mach, Inc., of Cincinnati, OH recently announced that its Wexxar Packaging division has acquired IPak Machinery Ltd., a leading designer and manufacturer of corrugated tray forming solutions based in Vancouver, B.C.

Wexxar adds a durable line of fully automatic tray formers engineered to withstand heavy-duty applications for decades of reliable service. Depending on the complexity of tray style, they will continuously operate at speeds up to 35 trays per minute. All of IPak’s standard models are quickly and easily adjusted to form a wide range of tray sizes.

The acquisition of the IPak tray former product line further expands Pro Mach’s ability to meet customer’s needs with a comprehensive line of integrated end-of-line packaging solutions which already includes Rennco, Brenton, Currie by Brenton, Orion and Wexxar.
