See in operation a Reiser Repak 25 in-line thermoform packaging machine speedily fill, seal and label 450-gram packs of creamy mozzarella. Also filmed are a Reiser Holac Cheesmax 200 cheese-shredding/dicing machine, as well as a Reiser Seydelmann bowl chopper reducing large cheese blocks to grated texture in less than two minutes. Also at Quality Cheese are a Reiser Supervac for packaging large cheese blocks in shrink packages, a Variovac thermoform packaging machine and a VEMAG stuffer.
