“Go from manual bagging to fully automatic with a six-month payback period”

Listen as CAM Packaging Systems president Gareth Kennedy spotlights their fully automated entry-level bagging system. Gareth introduces this system at the recent PackEx Toronto show and shares with us the fact that it has a remarkable payback period of six months or less. Say goodbye to manual bagging and embrace a comprehensive turnkey solution.

As well, Gareth unveils the new palletizing cobot, a user-friendly and safe operation with exceptional performance. This flexible and portable unit can lift up to 66 pounds, cycling at full speed like a regular robot. It presents an ergonomic solution for addressing repetitive labour challenges.

In addition, the video showcases the company’s new Singulator in action. Gareth demonstrates its capabilities in creating variety packs of chips at a rapid pace of 140 bags per minutes in groups of four and is capable of packaging up to 12 different items into the same container. This is an innovative system, able to package any number of items, counts and combinations.
