Green gluing

At the recent PACKEX Toronto show, Robatech unveiled new fully electronic, visionary and robotic features to improve adhesive-applying functions dramatically for packagers.

Robatech Canada’s CEO, Roger Kehoe, demonstrates in the video the highly efficient glue patterns delivered by a revolutionary all-electric adhesive-applying gun that replaces previous compressed-air-operated models.

“Less adhesive and energy consumption benefits both packaged-good companies and consumers,” maintains Kehoe.

He then shows us the operational benefits of the Robatech Vision feature on adhesive tanks that show through digital illumination adhesive levels in the tanks, as well as pressure and other key parameters… all WiFi-connected for easy onsite and remote systems management.

Finally, we are treated to a cobot-connected, adhesive-applying arm that makes “robot integration as seamless as possible.”
