WeighPack Systems introduces its new VerTek 800 vertical form and seal machine capable of producing up to 80 packages per minute and pouches up to eight inches wide.
Engineered for low cost of maintenance using off-the-shelf parts, the VerTek’s open frame design makes it easy to access for production personnel. Fabricated with a single-piece stainless steel frame; the VerTek 800 is cleaner in design and offers better accessibility for maintenance than other brands.
Capable of forming, filling, and sealing laminated, metalized and polyethylene materials in a variety of shapes and sizes; the VerTek 800 is compact and features a simplified swiveling mount for the vertical back seal for an even and precise seal.
Equipped with tool-less removable film shaft, forming collar, pull belts and jaw assembly for maintenance; the VerTek 800 is truly designed with service in mind. Main assemblies including the front and back jaw assembly and entire pull belt drive mechanism can be removed in less than five minutes.
Additional features include a 10.4-inch color touch screen; quick disconnect sealing jaws and heating elements, side access panel for easier access, an integrated encoder and more.
