• 62” x 48” extended length bulk boxes.
  Offers: maximum trailer cube utilization allowing more containers to fit in a 53-foot trailer.

The extended length boxes have a 2,000-lb. capacity and also inter-stack with Buckhorn’s existing 64″ x 48″ product offering.

The containers are available in 34-inch, 44-inch and 50-inch heights.

“The 44-inch height is a completely unique offering,” says Buckhorm market manager Joe Borer. “Both the 44-inch and 50-inch heights feature a tall, one-piece base with 10-inches of storage for dunnage allowing the panels to be collapsed for return shipment.”

Buckhorn’s extended length bulk boxes are ideal for products such as automotive trim parts, hoses, pipes, harnesses and other long, awkwardly shaped items.  They collapse flat in seconds and stack for storage and return shipment – optimizing space usage and saving money on return freight.

Hand-hold areas on the panels provide a comfortable grip for assembling and collapsing the containers.

  The patent-pending pallet optimizes storage, shipping and handling for the grocery, retail and wholesale food distribution markets.

It is an economical and sustainable alternative to wood allowing hundreds of round trips for a lower overall cost-per-trip.

The pallet’s two-piece welded construction offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio. The distribution pallet is lightweight, easy to clean and provides a high dynamic load capacity of 3,000 lbs.

It has ergonomic hand holes for easy lifting. Its non-slip surface minimizes product movement, while the optional perimeter lip and anti-skid grommets also help prevent load shifting.

The feet have a channeled design for added durability, and multiple feet options ensure compatibility with most nestable pallets. Its capture corners grip stretch wrap with ease, and it offers a superior nest ratio—1,260 empty pallets fit in a 53-foot trailer.

• new and improved line of AC2115 tote containers—a 21” x 15” attached lid container system.

The AC2115 totes are available with a solid or open textured bottom in 9-inch or 12-inch heights and stocked in light gray or green colors.

The containers feature an improved recessed lid design as well as larger, more ergonomic handles. They have a lighter tare weight and reinforced corners, allowing the containers to maintain strength and hold a capacity up to 60 lbs.

Customization and identification options are also available, including a large textured area on one end, which eliminates the need for a placard.Buckhorn offers attached lid containers in many sizes and styles for shipping, picking and storage.

Ideal for applications in distribution, grocery and general manufacturing, these containers deliver long-lasting, cost-saving performance. The containers are 100 percent recyclable and are injection-molded of HDPE.

The durable construction resists impact, moisture and most chemicals. The interiors are easy to clean, and the containers nest for maximum space usage when the lids are open allowing more containers to fit on a 53-foot truck.
