Ideal for large pieces of meat, cheese, fish and poultry this model offers seal bars length of 34.6 Inch and space between the seal bar of 34.25 Inch. Equipped with Busch 360m3/hr pump the machine operates a 2.5 -3 cycles per minutes. Fully driven by a touch screen interface it offers multiples regulation of the vacuum cycle: set point in %, step wise with programmable pause for the most difficult wet products, gas flush for MAP application and pre program are available for the most standard products. Accessible by USB port all programs can be stored and reloaded at any time. Machine is covered with a 2 years warranty complete and an extra year on most common parts. This heavy duty build machine is stock for sameday shipment and super easy to install, however our team of service technicians cover Canada coast to coast.
