On June 19, 2018 at the NSF International headquarters in Guelph, Ont., it is offering a single-day course to provide training to allow the Canadian producer better navigate the new rules and regulations surrounding the U.S. food labeling system under the USFDA (United States Food & Drug Administration).

Designed as a comprehensive overview of human food labeling under the USFDA, this U.S. Food Labeling Under the FDA program explores the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Code for Federal Regulations (Title 21), the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act and other valuable resource guides as they relate to food labeling.

Through presentations and workshop exercises—presented by Legal Suites‘ Gary Gnirss, this program builds your knowledge and confidence to navigate the U.S. food labeling landscape and address food labeling requirements.

Comprehensive resource materials, including an electronic copy of the Food Suite Smart Tools for US Food Labeling, are provided as a part of this training program.
