In this video, we show how Markem-Imaje’s printing and coding infrastructure enables traceability for two new high-speed spinach-processing lines started up this year at Ippolito Fruits & Produce. With food-grade wax-based ink, robust track-and trace capabilities, and plans for future integration into Ippolito’s ERP system, Markem-Imaje is redefining what’s possible for Ippolito.
