Specifically designed for high speed operation at speeds up to 40 cases per minute, the EZGLUE Case Sealer with Flight Bars from Eagle Packaging Machinery LLC is engineered to glue & seal erected and loaded cases in a compact footprint.
The Flight Bar style design ensures the case is square when sealing. Unique in the case gluing market, the Flight Bar is ideal for tall cases that tend to tip on a belt conveyor and for light or heavy cases that require a positive push through the machine.
Built with a heavy-duty welded steel frame base and a trouble-free mechanical chain drive system, the EZGLUE Case Gluer is supplied with an Omron PLC (programmable logic controller) and touch screen user interface that gives operator and maintenance staff full access to all functions of the machine.
Additional standard features of the machine include a Nordson ProBlue adhesive system, interlocked safety gates and doors, and low control voltage for safety.
