Each meets the American Heart Association’s criteria to display its heart-check mark and contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Through Sept. 30, 2010 people can visit www.facebook.com/V8VFusion, where the brand will be giving away 1,000 free samples a week before the juice beverages become available in October.
"People love V8 V-Fusion beverages for their fruit flavor and the convenience of drinking their vegetables," says Dale Clemiss, vice-president, Beverage Marketing, V8 Beverages. "Now we’re giving people a new reason to enjoy our beverages by introducing a juice beverage with a hint of natural green tea-an increasingly popular light and nutritious beverage choice. The result is a unique combination of refreshing taste and nutrition you can’t get from any other beverage on the market."
Clemiss attributes the success of the V8 V-Fusion brand, which has been very popular with consumers since its launch in 2006, to innovation and staying on-trend with new flavor varieties. The success of V8 V-Fusion beverages has helped to grow the V8 juice business to a billion dollar brand.
The makers of V8 beverages offer 19 delicious, vegetable-based beverages, including 12 varieties of V8 V-Fusion regular and light juice beverages, in a range of convenient sizes, including 12-ounce bottles and eight-ounce slim cans.
