TricorBraun to acquire Salbro Bottle

ST. LOUIS—TricorBraun has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Canadian-based Salbro Bottle, a 27-year-old packaging solutions company, according to TricorBraun president and chief executive officer Keith Strope.
“Salbro fits our strategic vision extremely well,” says Strope. “We were interested in expanding our reach and presence in Canada and this acquisition helps us do both.”
As part of the deal, TricorBraun will acquire enhanced rapid prototyping and even quicker response times, Strope notes.
According to Salbro president Gary Saltz, the acquisition will allow his company to continue to focus on serving customers.
Vice-president of sales and marketing Paul Saltz and vice-president of operations David Saltz agree, saying that Salbro’s relationship with TricorBraun provides it with additional strength to grow.
States Paul Saltz, “We’re big enough to handle anyone’s order, but we’re also flexible enough to be able to react and adapt to the customer’s needs quickly. Being part of TricorBraun will help us expand that approach.”
Strope adds: “We remain fiercely committed to providing innovative, custom solutions for our customers.”
He says that the acquisition of Salbro will allow TricorBraun to better serve Canadian customers with more added value. Strope adds that TricorBraun will continue to look for acquisitions that help grow its strategic vision.
