Seed to Sausage owner Mike McKenzie produces hand crafted meats in idyllic Sharbot Lake, ON. He supplies high-end restaurants and food service companies with these principals in mind: Local — Ethical — Humble.

Mike explains that packaging is crucial to protecting his great products and good name… it can also be a bottleneck.
