Wepackit’s Greener Sealer

In a joint venture with Liquid Polymer, Wepackit Orangeville, has launched a new greener method of sealing, incorporating the revolutionary patented Liquamelt cold rapid set adhesive.
The system is greener, on-demand, simple, safe and more reliable than existing sealing systems. Liquamelt is a Soya based green system which uses 75 per cent less energy.
Delivered at room temperature all the way to the point of application, the adhesive passes through the patented “Turbo Melter” where it is heated and transformed into hot foam – it eliminates the packaging inefficiencies associated with stringing and nozzle clogging and will not stick to metal.
Pictured above with the Wepackit 720 Series Small Footprint case erector, the Liquamelt system is also available with the Wepackit 310 Series of case erectors, case closers and tray formers.
