Bold, elegant bottle design elevates Canadian distillery’s artisanal spirits

In the market for standout packaging for their distinctive whiskey and gin, the distillery partnered with Studio One Eleven, the design and innovation division of Berlin Packaging, to create custom bottles that stayed true to their brand story. The result was not only eye-catching, but award-winning.
Studio designers took inspiration from St. Laurent’s steadfast spirit to craft a striking, extra-wide bottle with a broad neck and heavy glass foot. Narrow ribs add elegance (and give a nod to St. Laurent’s gin-based roots), and an embossment on the punt is the finishing touch on the eye-catching container. Now St. Laurent’s “eccentric spirits inspired by the sea” are encapsulated in containers as unique as their contents.
The sophisticated St. Laurent packaging received accolades at the most recent Craft Spirits Packaging Awards, where it won a Bronze medal in the Portfolio category and picked up an Honorable Mention for their St. Laurent Gin.
