Ryson Intros Dual Track Spiral Conveyors

General Dual Track Spiral Ryson International

New from Ryson International Inc.—specialists in vertical conveying solutions—comes the Dual Track Spiral, the ultimate in space savings.

Featuring two tracks operating within a single spiral structure, the tracks can go up or down, or utilize a reversible option.

Because only one drive motor is required for each track, it results in substantial savings in energy, controls and systems integration—plus the conveyors require less floor space than conventional conveyors and are faster and more reliable than any elevator or lift.

Models with dual 12- or 16-inch wide slats are currently available, as all Ryson spirals are of the chain slat type and incorporate a unique proprietary low friction design which facilitates high speed, low noise, smooth operation and long life. An innovative modular design allows the company to customize with ease and modify in the field to accommodate emerging needs.

Most models ship in one piece, drastically reducing the time and cost of installation, and require little maintenance as all bearings are sealed for life and do not need further lubrication.

For more information on this and other Ryson products like its spiral conveyors, spiral curves, mass flow spirals, vertical accumulation buffers, bucket elevators, incline and decline slat conveyors—all of which can be delivered in powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel or washdown versions—please visit the company website at www.ryson.com.
