IBG triumphs: Double win at Cosmétiquemag’s Indies Awards, for SkinCult and Curls Matter

Company’s SkinCult skincare line and Curls Matter curly haircare range recognized with silver and bronze medals

Paris, France – IBG (Innovative Beauty Group), a leading global beauty-solutions provider, recently won two Indies Awards from Cosmétiquemag. The company’s SkinCult skincare brand was awarded a silver medal, while its Curls Matter haircare range received a bronze medal. Presented by Cosmétiquemag, the tenth-annual Indies Awards are dedicated to honouring innovative indie cosmetic brands.

IBG was one of 21 participating brands at this year’s event. Each company was given three minutes to pitch their products to a jury of 40 industry professionals, and ratings were given based on four criteria: project, founder, business model and offer. The day concluded with an awards ceremony.

IBG’s SkinCult collection is a line of eight skincare products, specifically designed for Gen Z consumers, which focuses on skin positivity and loving the skin you’re in. Crafted with at least 90 per cent natural formulations that are vegan, cruelty-free and free from microplastics, the range promotes skin health through cleansing, moisturizing and refreshing youthful skin. The collection features products including a Fresh Wave exfoliating face wash, Banana Boost intense hydrating face mask, Clear Sky balm-to-oil cleanser, Day Starter face mist, and Dewy Drops hydrating lotion, among others.

The Curls Matter collection is a three-step haircare routine developed for naturally curly and wavy hair to enhance natural bounce. Embracing the “Curly Girl Method,” a haircare approach that emphasizes the use of natural curly girl-approved products to bring out the best in curly hair, the products are made with at least 90 per cent natural ingredients that are free from sulfates, silicones, and other damaging ingredients. The simple and effective haircare routine features products to cleanse, care and style, including a Better Together Co-Wash cleansing conditioner, Curl Crush shampoo, Moisturizing Milk Mist, Frizz-Free Hair Mask, Dream Team Curl Cream, Refresh Those Curls Spray, and Boost That Hair Mousse.
