Addition of new sales manager helps complete the North American Baumer team.

Dayton, OH—Baumer hhs North America president Chris Raney has focused on rebuilding the complete Baumer hhs North America team since taking the reins in February 2015.

“In less than six months we have hired nine new people all focused on providing better support for the customer both from a sales and a service perspective,” says Raney. “I am satisfied that we have now built a core team that meets the needs of the market and can deliver the support our customers demand.”

The North American sales team now comprises of six sales managers. The most recent addition being Chuck Zeller, responsible for the Western region of the U.S. and Canada, who brings many years of experience in the folding carton and corrugated industry to Baumer hhs.

States Zeller, “Joining the Baumer hhs team is a fantastic opportunity for me. My passion for gluing and quality control systems has never dwindled and I look forward to working with customers in the Western region to ensure they understand the inherent technical advantages that an hhs system can bring to them”.
The internal Dayton-based Service Team has also been expanded. Service manager Trace Guyton  is excited to be joined by two new customer service team members, Ashley Johnson and Liz Baum.

“We are taking communication to a new level with Ashley and Liz on my team. With the pressure our customers are under to produce they need a supplier who communicates efficiently and accurately with them,” Guyton says.

Johnson and Baum are both experienced customer service professionals, with Raney also pleased to have them on board in the new look team.

“Building relationships over the phone is tough, so having people who understand how to work with customers, building confidence that their requests will be fulfilled in a timely way, is critical to the success of our business,” says Raney. “Ashley and Liz are both perfectly suited to the roles they supporting our customers on a daily basis.”

Raney concludes: “Baumer hhs now has a team in place to deliver the very best support to our demanding customer base.  While there is still one more exciting piece of the puzzle to be announced, I know that customers are already appreciating the benefits of the changes we have made.  Baumer hhs is an established name in the gluing and quality control segment and our organization now reflects the quality, precision and technical superiority of our products.”
