Righteous Gelato is named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers!
April 5th, 2021 (Calgary, Alberta) Righteous Gelato is honored as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers announced by Mediacorp Canada Inc, organizers of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, for the third time. The Canada’s Top Employer Program seeks out industry game changers and companies using best practices or innovative programs that attract and retain talented employees.
Righteous is built on empowerment, innovation, forward thinking, strong relationships, passion and the best customer experience. Team members at Righteous Gelato receive up to 20 paid hours annually to volunteer at local organizations, daily lunch service, a no policy vacation policy and a trip to Italy after 5 years. “We are people focused, so little of what we do day-to-day has to do with our product and more about doing great work and making people happy,” said James Boettcher, Custodian of Culture, and CEO. “We are here to do things differently, think differently, and challenge the norm.
