As for Festo’s new Regional Contact Center, the Company will offer faster product support and technical assistance for its Canadian and U.S. customers. In fact, it has a goal to answer 80 per cent of the in-bound calls within 20 seconds of it entering the queue.

So. What’s the catch? Higher prices? Sub-standard engineering? No. None of the above. Festo realizes that without the customer, they are nothing and doesn’t mind spending a few bucks to ensure the customer is not only right, but happy, too.
