General Ernst & Young mergers and acquisitions packagingA look at global mergers and acquisitions in the packaging industry.
Despite global economic uncertainty, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance (Canada) Inc., a U.S. registered broker-dealer, notes there were signs of recovery in the second quarter (Q2) of 2012.
Private equity led the way in the packaging industry with quite a few huge deals involving the blow-moulding segment.
