Syntegon RPP 3-1 Teams Up with Kliklok MEC to Package Toaster Pastries
Syntegon’s RPP 3-1 is a robotic pick-and-place machine which uses three delta robots to load/stack/collate products for further packaging.
In this video, the RPP is picking flow wrapped toaster pastries from a single-lane conveyor and placing them in a 2 x 2 pattern in the Product Infeed Conveyor (PIC) of a Kliklok MEC.
The Kliklok MEC is a Midrange Endload Cartoner which erects flat cartons, horizontally inserts product(s) into the open cartons, and then seals the cartons.
