Tsubaki of Canada acquires Dia-Saw Manufacturing Ltd.

General Dia-Saw Manufacturing Ltd. Tsubaki of Canada Limited Tsubakimoto Chain Co.

Acquisition provides Tsubaki Canada with a manufacturing base in B.C. to better serve the market.

Tsubaki of Canada Limited has acquired Dia-Saw Manufacturing Ltd. of Maple Ridge, B.C.  Dia-Saw has been serving customers in western Canada since 1988, starting as a manufacturer of shake and shingle mill equipment before evolving into a leading manufacturer of sprockets and related drive components.

“The addition of Dia-Saw gives us a manufacturing base in British Columbia and will significantly enhance our ability to serve the market. We are also very pleased that David Dueck, President of Dia-Saw will be staying on to help us grow our business.
