Getting Started on Your Sustainability Journey

Craig Pearson

Webinar

Date: May 18, 2021 Time: 2:00-3:00 p.m. EDT

Many brand owners have made ambitious public commitments to reduce the environmental impact of their packaging and are prioritizing sustainability initiatives to enable delivery on those commitments. Many of those goals have an end date of 2025 and as that year quickly approaches, targets (such as becoming carbon neutral or negative) are becoming more aggressive. Packaging converters have also published their own sustainability goals to address these CPG initiatives.

However, getting started on that sustainability journey isn’t easy. During this insightful webinar, Sun Chemical’s Nikola Juhasz, Global Technical Director, Sustainability and Robert O’Boyle, Senior Key Account Manager, will provide some tips to help participants get started on their sustainability journey and highlight solutions that are available to help them plan for and achieve sustainability goals.

Some of the details that will be discussed include:

  • Consideration of the end-of-life for a package
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Cross-industry partnerships and collaborations
  • Operations initiatives
