“High speeds are important… but consistent quality/weights is the key.”

In this video shot at the Valens plant in Kelowna, B.C., we see the industry-leading JuanaRoll pre-roll cannabis machine producing consistently well-filled and -formed cannabis pre-rolls that completely satisfy Health Canada requirements.

Anastasia Reyes, Director of Technical Development & Innovation, explains: “At Valens, we need to protect and promote our brand and the brands we produce and pack for our customers. We need partners who are at the forefront of process and packaging automation… like WeighPack/Paxiom.”

Watch as Pre-Roll Project Manager Josh Richardson takes us through the JuanaRoll’s eight channels of pre-roll forming, filling, dosing, compacting, twisting, and production.

Reyes discusses the advantages of the eight-channel linear design of the JuanaRoll. “Compared to earlier rotary technology, the WeighPack JuanaRoll produces expertly formed pre-rolls at eight channels at a time, as opposed to just one at a time.”

In the end, she concludes: “It’s not just about the high-speeds we achieve… it’s about the quality we get from WeighPack.”
