“When we say we use Bosch Rexroth controls, our customers have no further questions.”

Maxime Bayzelon, President of ETI Converting Equipment in Longueuil, Que., opens up his manufacturing facility to demonstrate in this video the technology that has allowed his company to supply complete label-converting systems to customers across 40 countries.

“Our systems are extremely flexible and have created a whole new way for label converters to do business,” declares Bayzelon.

With universal hiring challenges these days, Maxime explains, “we need to make our machines such that they run themselves.”

Fifteen years ago, his company transitioned from drive-shaft and gear technology to servo motors. “We chose as our partner Bosch Rexroth. They helped us develop our own proprietary software, and they supply our HMI, PLC’s, drives and servo motors.”

Maxime shows us in the video his tech-centre machine system that contains all the modules ETI makes for its customers… and which allows customers the flexibility to try every label-converting and silicone-coating option before they purchase.

“Bosch Rexroth is a sponsor of this tech centre, which allows us to continue the R&D we need to remain state-of-the-art.”
