In this video, Clayton Duguid demonstrates the high level of performance achieved with his WeighPack scales and bagging system for pouches as well as the JuanaRoll pre-roll machine, all made and serviced by WeighPack/Paxiom.
Clayton explains that his company is heavily regulated by agencies such as Health Canada and that errors and product recalls can cost between $50-100,000. “Packaging is very important to us.”

Next, Clayton shows how his JuanaRoll pre-roll machine “flawlessly” fills, cuts and twists cannabis pre-rolls in 8 channels at an output of 3,000 pre-rolls per hour.
He demonstrates the user-friendly HMI screen that allows remote logon for troubleshooting through WiFi assistance if need be.
“At the end of the day, we know the exact number of pre-rolls that have been made and that they have all hit their target weights. There is nothing like it on the market. It is the Rolls-Royce of pre-roll machines,” declares Duguid.
