Creative/Brand Manager Zeljko Karlica informs, “Food safety is very important for our ChockXo brand as well as our large branded customers.”

Project Engineer Arjan Cheema takes the viewer through the 2 production lines for moulded chocolate product and metalized pouch packaged product, demonstrating the ideal combination of metal detection, checkweighing and x-ray inspection equipment … all supplied by METTLER TOLEDO and their agent Shawpak Systems.

See how the Model 3130 Checkweigher checks for deviations in weight from 1 gram. View also the 2 V4 metal detector configuration ensuring constant product inspection even when one line goes down for adjustments.

Cheema also demonstrates on the screen of the X33 x-ray how “out of shape” product gets detected, ensuring consumers get safe and perfectly formed chocolates.

METTLER TOLEDO Western Service manager, Robert Siklos, offers, “we have a 24/service hotline and 70 field technicians across the country, 25 of them factory-trained.”

Cheema concludes, “We’re adding a new mould and product line and we’ll be standardizing on METTLER TOLEDO.”
