Salamico Meats in Montreal opts for the brand new Handtmann 838S meat stuffing machine fresh from its debut at the IFFA show in Germany.
Guillaume Hutter of Salamico speaks to the 30-year relationship his company has had with Handtmann: “Sales rep Andre Mathieu told us that this new stuffer that was being unveiled at IFFA was the way to go at our operation, and so we took his word for it and ordered the machine sight unseen.”
