Watch Bruno Giannone and the Plan Automation team as they demonstrate the latest technology in poultry boned detection, thanks to the revolutionary PXT technology incorporated in the 400 RMI X-Ray Detection System from Eagle PI.

“Delivering a quality product to the consumer is our top priority,” declares Bruno. “This is why we have been with Plan Automation for 10 years.”

In the video, Eric Morissette of Plan Automation demonstrates how to program the machine and we see how product is tagged, and how the alarm and conveyor reject works to detect and eliminate contaminated poultry breasts in the Giannone plant.

Scott Holmes of Plan Automation discusses the complexity of detecting fine amounts of contaminants with machinery that offers the lowest x-ray energies and minimizes power consumption.

Bruno concludes, “If you have a deboning our other quality assurance equipment in your plant, you need the best X-Ray Detection equipment available to ensure quality and safety for consumers. We trust Eagle PI and Plan Automation.”
