Net-zero egg barn with solar energy opens in Alberta

The high-tech egg farm will test a various technologies in an attempt to cut the carbon footprint of egg production.

According to a report from CBC News on July 27, 2016, a net-zero farm is attempting to produce approximately 13,000 eggs a day without creating greenhouse emissions.
