igus^® offers preassembled maintenance-free drylin^® gantry robots as well as custom gantry solutions and single-axis linear actuators. Their dry-running plastic liners don’t require external lubricants, and have been engineered to slide instead of roll and to run smoother and quieter than recirculating ball bearings. The lack of external lubrication makes the gantries resistant to dirt and dust and eliminates routine maintenance, saving both time and money. Additionally, we offer an easy-to-use robot control system, called the igus^® robot controller (iRC) that’s compatible with all of our low-cost automation solutions, including our gantry robots. The software makes it easy to program and move the robot via a graphical user interface. Training courses are even available to learn how to use iRC free-of-charge!
