Faster. Cleaner. Smarter. And now…the X-Series of vertical form fill seal (VFFS) baggers manufactured by Triangle Package Machinery Co. are available in versions that meet the requirements of U.S.D.A. and 3-A Sanitary Standards ( 3-A Sanitary Standard No. 27-06).
Both the intermittent and continuous models, as well as the forming tube version of the X-Series are now available in revamped versions. Adhering to strict 3-A Sanitary Standards, Triangle’s X-Series features include electro-polished stainless steel, ground welds, laser sealed die-filled film roller, sloped control box for product runoff. Control Box finishes come in Nema 4X and electrical components have an IP65 rating. The X-Series is machine-operated by Rockwell Automation’s ControlLogix.
