A popular choice among automation specialists, the BOXXER T-18 from Eagle Packaging Machinery LLC is an automatic case erector and bottom tape sealer.

Designed to be the most affordable and compact erector available on the market today, the T-18 is capable of erecting and taping up to 18 cases per minute.

As a single operator machine, the BOXXER T-18 is mobile and easy to move. Capable of producing a wide range of boxes, size change-over is quick with no part changes required.

The unit offers a broad range of features including an Omron PLC (programmable logic controller), color touch screen, high capacity blank hopper, and easy access panels with safety switches.

The unit is solidly built with a welded steel frame construction, includes casters for easy mobility, and is available for left or right hand operation.

The BOXXER T-18 is designed to run regular slotted and half slotted style boxes. Knock down RSC or HSC blanks are transferred from the hopper to the erecting station. Using vacuum cups, the blank is pulled and erected.

The erected case is then transferred through the taping section of the machine where a two-inch or three-inch tape is applied. Finally, the finished box is then discharged from the machine by the next box.
