Sleekwrapper offers new horizontal wrapping machine capable of speeds up to 60 units per minute.

New from WeighPack Systems Inc., a Paxiom Group company, comes the SleekWrapper 40 servo-driven horizontal wrapping machine designed to provide  reliability, simplicity and serviceability—showcased at PACK EXPO International 2016 in Chicago November 6-9, 2016.

The SleekWrapper 40 will wrap at speeds up to 60 units per minute with a maximum web width of 15-inches or 400mm.

The SleekWrapper 40 uses three servo motors that create quick and easy changeover and adjustment—no chains, gears, or lubrication required.

The servo drives assure precise positioning, smooth acceleration and  deceleration.

Standard features on the SleekWrapper 40, include:

  • pre-programmed and stored product set up;
  • stainless steel frame construction;
  • user-friendly color touchscreen HMI (human-machine interface);
  • auto open/close rotary fin wheel assembly, and;
  • rotary seal jaws with jam detecting logic.
