THE RAYCON X-RAY INSPECTION SYSTEM
Using faster image processing and multiple concurrent detection algorithms, the Raycon X-ray Inspection System is out performing current detection benchmarks of existing food safety programs. The providing an ROI (return on investment) that includes higher levels of food safety, the Raycon also identifies agglomerated, deformed, broken and missing items, even in metallic packaging.
Whole or part product checkweighing during the inspection process is a further option to identify out of specification products. The Raycon W has been developed especially for the inspection of large products, like blocks of cheese, meat and sausage products in containers and more.
MULTI FREQUENCY C-SCAN GHF METAL DETECTOR
C-SCAN GHF is the latest of the proven Sesotec GLS metal detector range, incorporating a new wide screen touch display and multi-frequency technology as standard.
Search head integrated controls offer a higher sanitary design for washdown with enhancements in construction that provide maximum stability, very high levels of sensitivity, particularly for stainless steel contamination in the most arduous environments.
C-SCAN GHF metal detectors provide the highest compliance to current food safety standards and are available with standard or custom conveyor solutions, in freefall and pipeline configurations.
LIQUISCAN VF+ AND RAPID 5000
The LIQUISCAN VF+ pipe metal separator is designed for the inspection of sausage meat, processed cheese, gourmet salads, bread spreads, and similar pasty materials.
When metal is detected, the filling process is either stopped or a separating system automatically separates the contaminated material into a container. By way of various thread adaptors the separator can be easily connected to standard vacuum fillers.
The RAPID 5000 metal separator is used for the inspection of bulk materials in free-fall conveyor pipes. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminations such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, even if such contaminations are embedded in the
product.
Metal contaminations are rejected by means of the separation unit – the “Quick Flap”. The RAPID 5000 metal separator primarily is used in industries with very high hygienic demands.
