Brewerton, NY – The new ‘Tissue Tough’ line of robotic palletizers for tissue operations is the latest offering from Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc.
Specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, Schneider’s Tissue Tough robotic palletizers are being offered as low cost solutions strong enough to easily handle tissue, toilet paper and paper towel palletizing.
Ideal for accommodating single or multiple lines and/or multiple SKUs (stock-keeping units), these efficient designs utilize the flexibility of robotics to meet the tissue industry’s requirement for cost effective high-speed palletizing. Schneider uses FANUC Robotics America Inc. robotics-based palletizing solutions can accommodate a variety of case and bundle sizes of rolled or folded tissue or towel, and builds highly stable unit loads in almost any pattern. Fanuc’s Canadian headquarters–Fanuc Robotics Canada Ltd.–are located in Mississauga, just west of Toronto.
Available in multiple layouts and configurations including; a single station one-in-one-out, dual station one or two-in-two-out, one or three-in-three-out, one or four-in-four-out, as well as Schneider’s own Robox, a uniquely designed compact palletizing system.
Each system can be fully automated with stretchwrapping, labeling, product and pallet transport conveyor, pallet dispensing, and slip sheet dispensing for a complete fully automatic solution.
