The new AR-200 from Premier Tech Systems of Rivière-du-Loup, Que., is a net weight open-mouth bagging system that the company says reaches higher speeds than any other typical technology on the market, thanks to its unique bag-handling concept featuring a 90° bag exit.
With speed being a factor, the manufacturer has also built the new AR-200 to handle dusty products at a high rate of speed (up to 25 bags/minute).
Diversity is also key, with the AR-200 able to deftly handle paper and plastic bags, and has been adapted to handle laminated poly-woven bags effectively.
Designed for applications with free-flowing granular or dusty products, Premier Tech Systems says a hygienic version of this platform was developed specifically to meet food market requirements.
