The BFW Series Open-Mouth Bagging Machine from Premier Tech Chronos was built based on 15 years of expertise by an international team that had only one goal: meeting the highest sanitary standards in the industry of bottom-up fillers.
The BFW Series Open-Mouth Bagger with bottom-up filler is especially engineered for bagging powdery materials in the food and chemicals industry. Furthermore, the BFW Series provides both versatility and speed since it can handle paper, polyethylene and laminated polywoven bags at up to 10 bags per minute.
The BFW Series is the combination of a hygienic spout, a FANUC robot, and a bottom-up filling system. Together, these proven technologies offer clean and accurate operations because they emit nearly no dust during the filling process. This new hygienic design is perfectly adapted to milk, whey protein, flour, bakery mix and pharmaceutical powders.
This innovative concept combined with this modular approach provides the opportunity to create a bagging system for a customer’s current and future needs, as it is an upgradable platform, from semi-automatic to fully automatic.
It is also simple to adapt the BFW Series to use different containers (bags, boxes or drums).
The system provides both versatility and speed since it can handle paper, polyethylene and laminated polywoven bags at up to 10 bags per minute.
This highly hygienic procedure complies with stringent requirements for powder filling in the food and chemical industries.
