Norampac – Vaughan opens its doors for a tour

Norampac, in conjunction with PAC—The Packaging Association wants to show off its new Evol flex folder gluer press.

On November 7, 2013, Norampac, in conjunction with PAC—The Packaging Association, is holding an open-house, inviting one and all top come and see one of only two Evol presses in Canada.

This state-of-the-art flex folder gluer’s main attributes are:

  • increased line speeds;
  • consistent glue joint quality;
  • reduced set-up times;
  • less crush (stronger boxes);
  • consistent slot size and location;
  • reduced fish tailing.

The press is located in the largest single corrugated converting plant in Canada—at 450,000-square-feet, Norampac – Vaughan uses state of the art equipment, including 11 pieces of converting equipment, smart cart’s, in-house structural design and art department’s and a knowledgeable staff to provide our customers the right solutions to their packaging needs.

Norampac – Vaughan opened it doors in October of 2001, providing customers with innovative design and exceptional workmanship.

Norampac is a Canadian-owned and operated, and is part of the Cascades group. Norampac focuses on being a responsible environmental citizen has reduced its carbon footprint and continuously looks for ways to minimize this impact.
