The new VC-VCA cartoner joins AFA Systems' growing line of cartoning solutions.

The VC-VCA vertical autoload cartoner is AFA Systems Ltd.‘s new high-speed vertical cartoner, capable of handling a variety of product applications..

Headquartered in Brampton, Ont., AFA Systems is a provider of custom-designed automation solutions, and has designed its VC-VCA with a very compact rotary turret loading system that replaces the traditional racetrack vertical loader.

Changeover is extremely fast with optional push button changeover.

In addition, the VC-VCA has either fixed or adjustable carton carriers, and features Rockwell Automation‘s  Allen-Bradley controls and servo drives on all major motors.

Optional features include:

  • all servo push-button changeover;
  • standard no product, no carton, no load feature;
  • left- or right-hand flow;
  • hot melt of tuck closure;
  • other optional equipment can be integrated into cartoner, including leaflet feeders, deboss or ink type daters;
