The debut of the LB-SRT robotic loader provides cost-effective option.

BEAMSVILLE, Ont.—Propack Processing and Packaging Systems Inc. has announced the expansion of its line of robotic loaders with the launch of its LB-SRT machine.

The new Propack LB-SRT robotic product collator and loader provides the packaging industry with a cost-effective, flexible machine ideally suited to handle the output from medium speed flow-wrappers.

The LB-SRT collates wrapped products and loads into tri-seal cartons or trays.

Propack has incorporated advanced servo drive technology for the most precise motion control available and have included user-friendly HMI (human-machine interface) access to operator settings and machine monitoring data.

Designed for 24/7 operation, the new cost-effective LB-SRT provides:

  • speeds of up to 400 products per minute;
