New system from Bandall provides users with additional control of packages on the line.

ORANGEVILLE, Ont.—New from Banding Systems comes its Automated Stacking and Banding Unit.

The new system is intended to precisely control a package from the time it enters the stacking unit until the stage where it is banded at speeds up to 70 packages per minute.

The shelves and conveyor are servo motor-controlled and programmable for different stack configurations through a recipe driven HMI (human-machine interface).

The Servo Stacking Unit serves any industry looking to bundle a product: food, pharmaceutical, health and beauty, industrial, and much more.
