Getting The Coop

Running parallel to the partnership announcement, MD Packaging announced that as of August 27th 2012, Mark Cooper, one of Canada’s most technically knowledgeable X-Ray resources will be joining its team as a full-time technical and product manager. Cooper has been associated with MD Packaging for over eight years and brings with him significant technical expertise in both X-Ray technology and material handling solutions.

He will manage all X-Ray applications with both local field sales and service personnel to ensure consistency in deployment of X-Ray technology. As well, Cooper will manage MD Packaging’s test lab in Markham, Ont. and will be responsible for installation, commissioning and implementation of all X-Ray programs including radiological and preventative maintenance contracts. He will be working closely with Nigel Turnpenny, Safeline’s Direct X-Ray project manager to roll out this exciting new program over the coming months in Canada.
