Design & Innovation agency branding design Glen Davis Group restructuring

An increase in international branding assignments
drives a business redesign for leading branding and design agency.

The Glenn Davis Group has announced that its three-agency structure will be simplified to two agencies, consolidating talent to better meet its clients’ needs.

Davis and Bridgemark will both increase in size to support Glenn Davis Group’s growing client base in North America and globally.

b2 Retail Solutions’ account teams will primarily merge with Bridgemark, with timing for these transitions to be announced over the coming months.

Ron Davis, chief executive officer of Glenn Davis Group says, “This decision reflects the evolution of our clients where strategic consolidation by manufacturing and distribution similarity has become the norm. In expanding and increasingly competitive markets our clients are focusing on products, categories and brands with business synergy. We too are aligning our creative and strategic talent, making our two agencies even stronger for driving the business performance of our clients’ brands. Our redesigned organizational structure is in line with our mantra of ‘dramatic simplicity’ – whether designing a brand or a business.”

Located in the Greater Toronto Area, Davis and Bridgemark are leading North American branding and design agencies, specializing in consumer packaged goods.
