The Eagle PRO Series provides enhanced graphical interfaces and improved contaminant detection for its entire line of inspection systems.

The PACK 430 PRO X-Ray system from Eagle Product Inspection offers customers better contaminant detection and with enhancers graphical interfaces, it’s easier to use.

It also offers many new standard features to simplify material handling and make product set-up and operation fast and easy.

A 0.4-mm detector option is now available, as well as newly optimized MDX dual energy algorithms for increased contaminant detection in difficult product applications.

The versatility of the newly released SimulTask PRO software provides on-screen self-diagnostics, full multi-lane and multi-view capability, and dynamic belt speed adjustments.

The PACK 430 PRO is designed for inspection of mid-sized packaged products. The system provides 430-mm (16.9-inches) of detection coverage at the belt and is capable of high-speed imaging up to 120-meters-per-minute (400-feet-per-minute).

With the multi-lane inspection abilities, customers can inspect multiple lanes of the same or dissimilar products or use one lane for production and the other for rework.

Standard and high-resolution packages are available to satisfy each customer’s specific requirements by balancing smaller contaminant detection and high line speeds.

All Eagle systems are network capable, allowing remote access by Eagle expert technicians to quickly diagnose and often correct issues without dispatching a technician for on-site service.

The system is available in both IP65 and IP69k environmental ratings to suit any packaging plant, and features a roll-out conveyor for easy maintenance and cleaning.
